- We charge a per-artwork fee for digitalization, lower than the fee for institutions. Every quote is confirmed on a scoping call — we don't publish self-serve pricing because scope varies by number of works and which services you enable.
- What does the public artist profile include?
- A public Ovyya page with a cover image, bio, medium, country, and your works — with links out to your portfolio or Instagram. Any collector, curator, or institution can land on it from a share link, QR, or in-app navigation.
- What's the showcase video — how is it produced?
- A short video preview of your Digital Art Gallery, produced with our content team. You supply source images and any reference material; we handle the edit, music licensing, and localization for the app.
- How do I get placed into galleries on Ovyya?
- Once your Digital Art Gallery and profile are live, we can actively transfer or place your work into partner galleries that are part of the Ovyya Art Ecosystem. Institutions running Ovyya can also discover you directly and invite you into their programming, and collectors find you through the same discovery feed they use for events.
- Do you require exclusivity?
- No. You keep your own website, Instagram, and any other representation. We only ask for display rights inside the Ovyya app for the duration of your engagement.
- How long from intake to live?
- Most artists ship within a few weeks of the scoping call. Timing depends on how many works you're digitalizing and how quickly you can supply source images and the reference material for your showcase video.
